Re: Michigan 501st - CHARITY HISTORY
I have updated the first post on this thread showing the total charitable contributions received/raised last year, currently totalling $16481 ! As the Great Lakes Garrison attends many charity events, we are not necessarily told how much money has been raised. But what I do know is we always help bo...

Re: Michigan 501st - CHARITY HISTORY
Next week I will be submitting our total amount raised from charity events in 2012 to the 501st Legion Charity Officer. If you have received any charitable contributions from an event last year, and not already notified me (or posted on this thread) can you please do so within the next few days. Tha...

Re: Michigan 501st - CHARITY HISTORY
As we begin another year of events (and hopefully fundraising along the way), can anyone who receives a charitable contribution or attends a charity event where we are the main reason for the event, please post on this thread the amount received/event/date and charity.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Michigan 501st - CHARITY HISTORY
If anyone has received a charitable contribution from an event this year, can you please give me the total amount, stating which charity the contribution was for.
If you have already notified one of the officers of a contribution, then it will already have been logged.
Thanks

Re: Looking to Update TK Bucket
Definitely screws/bolts and nuts to make it servicable should you need to take it apart.
If you rivet it, this will be more dificult to take apart.
I'm glad I did this to mine, as a couple of times I've had to disassemble it to make modifications.

If you are after cheap Hasbro E11 blaster to convert, just found this guy on Craigslist, who's selling a couple of E11 for $5 each plus some lightsabres, etc.

Re: Obi-ron's TK building project - ESB
Alright! Have ordered the boots, armor, and blaster. If I have time this weekend, I'll be researching more carefully the body suit and smaller accessories. Thanks again everyone for the tips! My biggest challenge will be trimming the armor when it arrives, so I'll be scouring the forums again. I've...

I think this will open the "flood gates" for more armor builders wanting to make a quick buck, and probably of insuperior quality too. Here's the same article but with video, check out the bucket at 2:40mins, definately not 501st approved! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-14302227 Capture.JPG
