Wow, makes me glad that CA glue was recommended for my Arc Trooper build. Ten second cure time ftw. Looking forward to seeing this all come together. I can't imagine what it's like doing a TK. At least with a clone you can bondo and paint mistakes.

Painting is not all that bad. Outside of a Mandalorian Helmet, my Arc is my first major armor project. It's just a little time consuming taping things off and making sure they are symmetrical.

Build what you will be happy with not necessarily what is easy IMO.

There's actually a welding supply shop around the corner from our office. I can get them there for $10-$12.

For those of you that have used welding visors for their helmets can you tell me what shade you used? I'm assuming it's #3 or #5 but not sure which.
