Agreed. Filling, sanding and primer will change the look. You can get a better idea where your at after you do that :thumbs:

I like it. Looks good. I would hit it with some 1000grt sand paper to take off the shine. Looks nice though :thumbs:

They need to but up. If you overlap them, tape them, then pencil a straight line down them and cut through both pieces of plastic at the same time, while they are overlapped, then you will be a straight edge and they will but up together. Hope that makes sense. :mrgreen:

The problem with doing that is: 1. You will crack it after taking it on and off a few times 2. There needs to be a seam on both sides, so you could glue it, but the seam needs to be visible still. You might already know this, but I would suggest smoothing down the edge of the visor before you put it in. I have seen some cut noses from having sharp edges. :(
