anyone good at shimming clone chest pieces? seems that "captain klutz" cut too much off WAY back when he cut them last summer. :oops: also doesn't help that i've gained about 20 pounds. i think i might need to add 2 or 3 inches on the left side. i wonder if it might just be easier to order another chest piece for kev.

Scratch that. Finally found the piece I had cut off. Was starting to worry. I don't have anything to use to heat and bend plastic to make the return under the armpit and didn't think I could make it look right.

You dont need a return edge under the arm. Plus, it will be a lot MORE COMFORTABLE then if you have one. You wont see it anyways. The best way to make the suit more comfy is to cut things like this that is not visible. Hope that this helps.
