With your specific measurements I have heard it is.

Check out the imperial officer forum. There is a few threads there about using a Cosplaysky uniform

Do a lot of reading at imperialofficer.com about them. They are very hit and miss. People have been approved with their stuff, but many had to have alterations done or sent stuff back to be remade.

My officer is a cosplaysky and I got approved be sure to send in your measurements (don't get the sized ones, yes it's an extra 30 dollars but it's worth it) and tell them you need it to 501st standards. Do not get the hat from them though. You can ask for extra fabric and get someone to make the hat for you. Definitely check out the ioc forums they have a ton of tutorials there.

I also had a good experience with cosplay sky. As Kat said above, send in tons and tons of measurements - I believe there is a list of measurements somewhere on the officer detachment if you search "cosplay sky". My only issue was that my pants were about 8 inches too large but with a belt it's dobable. I didn't want to complain since I imagine it's a sweat shop and I still feel I got a great value for what I paid.

Just know, there is NO such thing as an approved 501st vendor.

Anything you may get may or may not be approvable. So do your homework (as suggested by others) and be prepared in case you need to do extra work to make things approveable.
