Great Lakes Garrison & Base

So I recently made an odd post asking for blackthorne or oak branches. Im making a shillelagh for the St. Patricks parade! So far my first run is using a maple branch because they were easier to come by. Here are some pics, the whole thing should be done in about a week or so. I might make more later. It still needs to be waxed, oiled and cured. If this one goes well I may do a run if anyone is interested in them.

This stick is unloaded but I can make loaded ones too.
