Hey Dee Oh

I have Finally come to the realization that my wheeled Duffle is to small for my needs.
(curse you spell checker for not knowing how to spell Duffle/Duffel/Big Bag with Handles)

I found and ordered one of the BIG Stanley tool boxes off of Ebay for $58 with free shipping.
  • Almost 2 Weeks later, no tool box.
  • Tracking Number shows it was delivered... to some town in ARIZONA.
  • And I can't get the seller to reply to my messages.
My Head hurts and the DRAMA is bound to continue....

Yeah, eBay tends to not work well a lot of time.

They sell them al Home Depot (or at least they did)

Funny, I have been on Ebay for almost 18 years, and this is only the second issue I've had with them.

Just file a claim with Paypal. The seller is forced to respond. If he/she doesn't your money is refunded automatically.

Purchases on ebay are guaranteed.

File a claim on ebay.

You will either get your item or your money.

No need to continue dealing with the seller.

As of right now, I have not heard back from this seller. So I started the process to get a refund by reporting that I have yet to receive this item.

The Next stage happens on Thursday.

I found a Husky tool box on Letgo for $50. I'm just waiting to find out what is going on with this ebay purchase first. I don't need 2 tool boxes. (I know, famous Last Words)

Update

Well today was... The seller of the tool box finally got around to update the shipping info. She updated it by posting the SAME EXACT Tracking Number.

ARGH add random expletives that are/is not suitable for mixed company.

It is obvious that she has not read a single one of the 6 messages I sent her. So I escalated my case to get Ebay officially involved, and hopefully get my money back.

Had this seller read my messages a week ago, a lot of this could of been avoided.

Sigh of releaf (I can't believe the releaf is spelled right)

Ebay just made a determination, in my favor. Thet determined that the package was delivered to the wrong address so I'm getting a full refund.

Now I have to make a trip to Westland to purchase the Husky Tool Box that I found on Letgo.
