Have a neck seal I'm never going to use. First come first serve. If you want it shipped, you can pay the shipping. Otherwise it's available for pickup at my house, work, or the next events I'm at etc...
Measured it and it likes like it should fit a 16" neck comfortably. Has a black snap along with velcro to hold it closed.
Dog not included.
