Honestly, if they’re telling you it’s good enough, I wouldn’t worry about it. If you look at the screen used costumes, everything was a bit wonky. If I’m not mistaken, the only time those ears were perfect was with the R1 TK’s. Also, you could just leave them as-is for now and upgrade them later on ...

For my clone, I used air conditioner weather stripping foam. Comes in 1 and 2 inch thick strips. Glued them in with E-6000.

EVA foam is not allowed for builds.

I got my code cylinders from Philo. Belt buckle and rank bar from Tiggwolf. Belt blank was from EBay.

The vendor has a few quick tip videos but nothing for full builds. Not sure. Never built a TK before. Have just seen people's posts linking the video throug...
