If you haven’t already, be sure to register for the forums at whitearmor.net. That’s *the* place to learn all about building a stormtrooper.

Re: Looking for a 3D Printer capable of printing Clone Trooper Armor

Honestly, you’re probably better off buying a vac-formed kit than buying a printer and trying to set it all up before you can even print anything.

Cossky is the bottom of the barrel and Wampa is the next step up.

I got my code cylinders from Philo. Belt buckle and rank bar from Tiggwolf. Belt blank was from EBay.

Re: Looking for assistance (TK build)

DeafTrooper, are the videos relatively universal (meaning regardless of kit origin) and is there a particular video/series that you recommend? The vendor has a few quick tip videos but nothing for full builds. Not sure. Never built a TK before. Have just seen people's posts linking the video throug...

Thought I heard they run a bit small and you'll want to order up 1 size. Not positive about that.

Register for the forums at whitearmor.net. There, you can find out who the good vendors are to get kits from, who to avoid and how to assemble it all.

You have to have a costume built and be a full member in order to be able to get merch. Lucasfilm doesn't allow us to sell merch to the general public.

Re: Looking for build tips and tricks

We have character-specific web sites called "detachments" where you can find armor vendors and all the info on how to put it all together. Do a ton of reading/research into the costume you want to do before buying anything. You can find the list of detachments here: https://www.501st.com/d...

Re: Stormtrooper Costume for Trade - Fun Project w/a local brewery

Hi. Sorry, but our costumes are our personal property, some costing $5,000 or more and we don't like to loan them out to people. Plus with the virus going around, it would be a bad idea anyways. :)

The Dewalt linked above is 63 gallons. Probably better to get that one.

Re: Costuming question

They can just buy the costume. Have your friend register for the forums at imperialofficer.com. Cosplaysky has the most inexpensive costumes, but there is A LOT to read up on before ordering from them. Even if you send in custom measurements, they tend to mess things up. And the hat and belt they se...
