They only have sizes 7-9. I need a size 10 by general rule-of-thumb to order 2 sizes smaller than shoe size.

I have found a source surplusig.com in Quebec for the white Canadian Mukluk boots used for the TS costume. The website quotes $45 Canadian for the used boots. Phone call confirmed this. Wide range of sizes available. That price seemed a bit low, considering the exchange rate from Canadian to US $$.
