Re: Looking for reference pics

If you could send me some pics that'd be awesome! Did some looking on the mg too. Not many good up close pics for either search unfortunately. Did yahoo, bing and google. Gonna keep poking around. Thanks!

Looking for reference pics

I just got my DLT 19 rep today, but it's a little rough in spots. Mostly some filling/sanding and paint work with a little bit of dremmel. I'm scouring the interwebs for reference pics, but I'm also wondering if anyone has some they might be able to shoot my way; the closer the better. Suggestions a...

Shadow scout boots

I've been trying to find the standards for a TX scout but haven't been able to find any. Does anyone know if the soles of the boots are black, or are they the same as the basic TB?

Where did you get the fans for your helmet? I'm looking to get a set for mine here pretty soon.

Re: Biker Scout WIP

I put a piece of foam in the snout area under the visor. It keeps your nose from being sliced up and it helps keep your bucket from wiggling around.

Re: Removing hot glue.

If it's hot glue, soften it up with a hair dryer first (if it's not too late now). You'll cut down on the chance of pulling off paint

Re: Biker Scout Build

Question on the bund: how are you doing the pouches? I've got mine attached under the breastplate, but there may be some technical issues to overcome. May have to sew them directly on. I"m not against it, but it could save wear and tear on the diaper itself. Any suggestions?

Two questions

1. Does anyone know if there are any specific size requirements when attaching the boot holster on a TB, and B. I'm looking to get a pistol to go in said holster. I've been scouring BSN on the rivets. I've got an option on the pistol, but it'd take some time, coming from the UK and all. If anyone's ...

Credit card/website warning!!!!!

Just wanted to warn everyone about a problem I've encountered. I recently purchased two pairs of biker gloves from ebikerleather.com. I got the gloves with no problem, however not long after that apparently somebody tried to make several purchases on my credit card online! Fortunately they were decl...

Re: I need opinions.....

You might try trimming under layers of the hair, shortening them up a little bit. the longer hair on the top layers will be able to lay a little flatter & not look quite so fluffy. Try talking to a hair stylist (seriously!) & see what they might have to say. Or better yet, just walk in to a ...

Re: Chewie build thread......

Who's up for a little wookiee nookie! I love the layering you've done with the hair colors. Does the material you've sewn it have a wicking action to keep sweat off you? Otherwise you'll be soaked in minutes! On a side note, have you sold your shadow scout armor yet? If not, how much are you asking ...

Re: scout trooper helmet

Thanks for all your help folks. I appreciate it. I've done a bit of looking at both sites. The Rubes look okay, but I'm really liking those kropserkels. Either way I look at it though, still probably doing a little bit of a mod. That's where my buddy Ducky comes in!

scout trooper helmet

Hey folks, while I'm waiting on my scout trooper armor, I've been browsing like mad to find a decent helmet. There's a lot of places to get them, but a good portion of them look like crap, and/or would take major amounts of adjustment to make them look decent. I'm hoping someone might have a suggest...
