Just making sure I do everything right.

Post by Bubbaz35 »

So I have bought my ANH Stormtrooper armor untrimmed, but what are the full steps for making sure I join correctly and make sure it is approved correctly? I'm from Battle Creek and am excited to Join the GLG.

Your best resource for build information will be the First Imperial Stormtrooper Detachment forums, here:
https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/

There are tons of tutorials, build threads, examples, and information. There are a few different ways these things can be put together when it comes to joints, strapping, and so on and so on. Read a LOT. Good luck on your build!

Where are you located? There are build parties coming up in West MI.

I meet him at Star Wars Celebration in Chicago. I would have to go look at my bank statement. He was a Member of the 501st.... Does it not look right??? Did I get swindled? It is ABS plastic.

It looks good! Most of the kits are ABS and come untrimmed, we just love know if there are other vendors out there in case we decide to build more kits!

So I have been watching some of the youtube videos do these abs plastics have some sort of plastic sheet over the top you have to peel off? I have not been able to peel any off... wondering if not all of them do.

From what I've seen, some armor kits do have the plastic film cover and some do not.
