can anyone tell me what shade of red paint the helmet has to be? Because i am in the process of building my Royal Guard.

Costume-specific details are generally more fleshed out at the Detachments, as they're the "special interest" groups that focus on the specific costumes explicitly.

thanks for the website for my helmet. Now i am having troulbe finding the right kind of boots. any ideas?

Like I said, everything you need to know is covered by the Sovereign Protectors.
