Great Lakes Garrison & Base

I've been trying to find the standards for a TX scout but haven't been able to find any. Does anyone know if the soles of the boots are black, or are they the same as the basic TB?

I'm almost positive they are black soles.
Try sending Witness (David from Ohio) a PM here. He's the Biker Scout detachment leader (I know the Shadow Scout is a Special Ops thing) and also makes the regular Biker Scout boots. He may be able to answer this for you more definately than I.
