I really really wanna do this costume but I'm trying to gauge how hard it is going to be and the best materials to use. So anyone with any advice would be amazing from someone who knows or has made the costume before. Thanks

Neysa

Start browsing that board. Has everything you'll need to know about the Zam costume.

Just so you know, Zam is one of the more expensive of the Star Wars costumes to put together correctly, but if it's one you really want to make, just save up and buy some parts here and there. :)

My wife wanted to do Zam so I started looking into it. I started a folder with photos and the parts need. This is a tough and expensive costume. Neoprene body suit, Proda boots, leather skirt & vest. Cool costume though! You might want to talk to Thumper. I know she started to put this together.
Good Luck

Yeah, she sold her parts that she began collecting off in 2012, though.

She could still answer questions about it.
