Hello!
So, as the wife and I delve deeper and deeper into the depths of the dark side, we are searching for a trooper armor suitable to her taste. Upon researching the costume database on the 501st, we came across the "Legacy Trooper Female".
I have been conversing with the C.O. on any information and unfortunately, the forums are down for that particular armor. He informed me that this armor is non-canon so it will be a kind of "fun" or side armor for her (after she decides on a canon armor set).
Moving on...
Have any of you made any purchases with KW Designs (http://imperialsurplus.com)? If so, can you share your review on the service as well as the quality?
Thanks in advance
KW Designs

I know a couple of ladies form the ladies of the legions fb group that got their armor from there and it looks great.

Re: KW Designs
I've owned several KW armor kits.
Anything they make is high quality and also highly regarded.

Sweet! Thanks for the reviews.
Being new to the community, we're trying to figure out who's hot and who's not lol. Like the Ghostbusters community, I can imagine that list is ever fluctuating.

I will definitely pass this on to her. Thank you. I'm not sure her stance on canon versus non-canon (but still accessible for membership). Will be a great conversational piece tonight.DeafTrooper wrote:Actually, Legacy female armor is allowed for membership.

For us, it doesn't matter if something is new canon or old EU. As long as there is a visual Lucasfilm reference from the movies, tv shows, comics or video games, it's good.

Great Timing!
I was getting ready to place an order with him for my Clone Armor from him. I'm planning on doing Old Rex from rebels.
Its good to hear feedback like this Before an order is placed.
