We have been emailing back and forth about him building a sandtrooper
armor for me and he says on his site that they are 501st approved and 98%
movie accurate. Just trying to make sure this guy legit. If you know of a better place to look
just let me know. I wish I had the time to make my own right now but im pretty
busy.

His site is really out of date. FX armor hasn't been made in several years.
I know several excellent armor builders for hire that are very reasonable and do amazing work if you are looking for someone to build a kit for you.

I hear you on the busy... during my build I thought there were times when my wife almost divorced me. 
Seriously, mine only took about 5 weeks. Sometimes 15 minutes a day, sometimes 2-4 hours(hence the almost divorce). I have an ATA suit from Terrell from the previous reply, great stuff.
