4 miles.

No idea how long it took or how fast I was going because I was trying to figure out my GPS watch, and failed. Only after I came back and read the instructions did I figure out how to clear the previous result so I could measure anew.

I'll estimate around 35 minutes. I felt like I was trucking along at a pretty good clip.

Nice done..those new GPS watches look pretty cool.
Well, I made it through my two week vacation to Alaska and managed to only gain 2 pounds. Luckily, long days of fishing and such helped to burn some calories.

Back on the wagon as of today and my workout at the gym actually went pretty well. I bit more tired than usual but I made it through 3 miles on the eliptical and weights afterward without feeling awful.

I have about a month till my measurements for my biker scout soft goods are required...stay on target..stay on target.

2.5 mile interval work.

30 minutes total, with splits of 1:00 at 4.2 mph and 0:30 bursts at 9 mph.
